Edaphosaurus dinosaur coloring page for free printable. Primitive mammalian reptile that lived at the end of the carbon period and in the Permian. Edaphosaurus, an animal of medium height, low, bulky body, short legs and a long, heavy tail, weighed around 180 kg.
Its most important feature was the comb-like protrusion that extended from the nape to the head of the tail. Supported by cartilage from the spine, this hoopoe controlled body temperature.
